GoldenBeans Technology may process your personal data for the purposes specified in this Privacy Policy. The user personal data specially collected and used by GoldenBeans Technology is as follows: the order information when you make a purchase through in-app purchases, and the advertiser identifier (The Identifier for Advertisers-IDFA) specified on the mobile device you use to access our services ), the identifier of your mobile device assigned by the vendor/developer (TheIdentifier for Vendors-IDVF) and Internet traffic data (network movement, IP address, access data, time and date information), device name, history of in-app purchases , Token ID (when you allow notifications to be sent through your device), the Advertiser Identifier specified in the mobile device you use to access our Services (IDFA), the vendor /Developer specifies the identifier of your mobile device (IDVF).
We may collect your above data directly from you through electronic or physical media, your mobile device, third-party applications or third-party sources through which you can access our applications, such as Apple App Store, Google Play AppStore to comply with legal obligations, enhance our services, manage your use of our services, and enable you to enjoy and easily navigate our services.
We may collect log data generated when you use our services/applications (through our products or third-party products). This log data may include information such as your device's Internet Protocol ("IP") address, device name, operating system version, application configuration when using our services/applications, time/date when you use the services/applications, and other statistics.
We may collect information that you provide us directly and voluntarily. The information includes but is not limited to: your email address, the content of feedback, and the content of the questionnaire you answered.
II. How do we use this information
For a better experience, while using our Service, We may require you to provide us with certain personally identifiable information. The information that we request will be retained on your device and is not collected by us in any way.
We may send you push notifications about application upgrades or notifications about our services through its mobile applications. You may edit and stop receiving such communications and notifications at any time through the settings on your device.

1. Right to withdraw consent
If we rely on consent to process your personal information, you have the right to withdraw your consent at any time. Withdrawing consent will not affect the lawfulness of our processing or the processing of any third party based on consent prior to your withdrawal.
2.Right of access and rectification

In order to verify your identity when you make a request, you must provide us with your email address and respond to an email verification request. We will match that information with the information we have in our systems.

We have prepared this separate privacy notice for California consumers to comply with the California Consumer Privacy Act of 2018 (CCPA) and other California privacy laws.This notice is intended to supplement the information we describe and applies only to users residing in the State of California (consumers or you).

To exercise the above, please submit a verifiable consumer request to us by aichat@100soc.cn, only you or your authorized agent may make a verifiable consumer request for your personal information. You may only make a two verifiable consumer requests within a 12-month period. A verifiable consumer request must: Provide sufficient information to allow us to reasonably verify your identity and to allow us to confirm that we have collected personal information about you.Describe your request in sufficient detail to enable us to understand and respond to it. We will not be able to accurately respond to your request if we cannot verify your identity.
4. How We Respond to Your Request
We strive to respond to verifiable consumer request within 45 days of receipt. If we need more time (up to 90 days), we will notify you of the reason and extension by email, phone or other electronic means. We will not charge a fee to process or respond to your verifiable consumer request unless it is excessive, repetitive, or manifestly unfounded. If we determine that the request requires payments, we will tell you the reason for our decision and provide you with a cost estimate before completing your request.
5. Non-Discrimination
We will not discriminate against you for exercising any CCPA rights. Such discrimination includes: refusing to provide you with our services; charging you a different price or rate for our services; providing you with a different level or quality of service; implying that you may receive a different price or rate for the service or different service levels or quality.
6. Data collection instructions for minors
These services are not intended for anyone under the age of 13. We do not knowingly collect personally identifiable information from children under the age of 13. If we become aware that a child under the age of 13 has provided us with personal information, we will delete this from our servers immediately. If you are a parent or guardian and you know that your child has provided us with personal information, please contact us so that we can take necessary actions. Users aged 13~16 have the right to opt-in, if you are the parent or guardian of users aged 13~16, you can also contact us.
IX. Our children�s information policy
These services are not intended for anyone under the age of 13. We do not knowingly collect personally identifiable information from children under the age of 13.
